Q: What is the process of transferring my website?
A: The web hosting transfer process works as follows:

Q: If you build my website, do I own it?
A: Absolutely! We optionally can add you as an admin on the website, but we usually don t for security reasons. If you are already an admin, you will remain as such, but you may need to reset your password.
Q: How long does it take to transfer my website?
A: Usually within 72 hours. If you are only transferring your website, usually within a couple of hours.
Q: What if I need to make a change after the website is published?
If it is one small change like a word, contact Rod, and he will do it for free and immediately. If it is more than one change or a significant change, we charge $65 per hour.
Q: On what platforms will you host my website?
A: On any platform, but if it is something other than WordPress, there may be additional transfer fees. We only perform web design work on WordPress websites.
Q: How long is your response time if I have a question or concern?
A: Usually within a few minutes. In addition, you can call us at 402-813-4034, and we will always respond immediately.
Q: What if I ever want to move my website to another web hosting company?
A: We provide industry-standard cPanel web hosting. You can make a backup of your website at any time and move it to any other cPanel hosting company (90% of the companies are compatible).
Q: What other services do you provide?
A: We offer web design, SEO (online marketing) services, social media marketing, and fully managed hosting services.
Q: What if I want to do work on my website?
A: Yes, by all means. You will have full access to your website and control panel.
Q: How do I make payments to you?
A: Most initial payments are made through a Paypal invoice. A Paypal account is not required. You can pay with a credit card, check, wire transfer, or directly through Paypal. Rod can also accept credit cards over the phone. With our web hosting, you can pay through our billing portal or, upon request, send a Paypal invoice.
Q: What if I go over disk space allowed?
A: Nothing, your disk space will be increased. Most WordPress websites use between 100 - 500 megs of disk space and we give you 4000 megs (4 gigs). If you need an increase in disk space, we charge $24.75 per gig.
Q: Do you update all plugins and the WordPress CMS for me?
A: Yes, we update all plugins, except for themes and theme plugins (unless we built the website).
