A: Absolutely! We optionally can add you as an admin on the website, but we usually don t by default for security reasons.

A: Usually within a 21-30 day period unless arrangements are made in advance.
Q: What if I need to make a change while my website is being built?
A: You will be in direct contact with the web developer, and they will make any changes that are requested.
Q: What if I need to make a change after the website is published?
If it is one small change like a word, contact Rod, and he will do it for free and immediately. If it is more than one change or a significant change, we charge $65 per hour.
Q: On what platform will you build my website?
A: The website will be built in WordPress.
Q: How long is your response time if I have a question or concern?

Q: What if I ever want to move my website to another web hosting company?
A: We provide industry-standard cPanel web hosting. You can make a backup of your website at any time and move it to any other cPanel hosting company (90% of the companies are compatible).

Q: What if I want to do work on my website?
A: There are some pages on the website where you can do your own design work. The only pages you can t work on are those built with a special software application (usually includes the front page and some of the other pages on the website).
Q: How do I make payments to you?
A: Most initial payments are made through a Paypal invoice. A Paypal account is not required. You can pay with a credit card, check, wire transfer, or directly through Paypal. Websnoogie can also accept credit cards over the phone. For web hosting, you can pay through our billing portal or, upon request, send a Paypal invoice.
